Terms of service
Last updated: 25 OCT 2026
1. About These Terms
These terms govern purchases from Noxtee and use of noxtee.com and related store services. References to “we,” “us” and “our” mean Noxtee. Our contact address is 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, and our email is contact@noxtee.com.
By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the applicable Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services or place an order.
2. Use of the Store
You must be legally able to enter a contract and provide accurate account and order information. Keep account credentials secure. Do not use the services for unlawful activities, infringe another person's rights, upload malicious code, interfere with security or transmit fraudulent information. We may restrict or terminate access for misuse.
Store content, branding and other intellectual property belong to Noxtee or the relevant rights holders. Permission to shop or browse does not transfer ownership or authorize copying or commercial exploitation.
3. Orders and Product Information
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation. We may refuse an order or correct an error and will notify you when an accepted order cannot be fulfilled. Payment collected for an order we cancel will be refunded.
Descriptions, images, availability and prices may change. We try to present products accurately, but display settings may affect appearance. Purchases are for personal or household use, not resale or export.
4. Health Information
Product and website information is educational and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about your circumstances and before using a supplement. Statements about supplements have not been evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration. Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Individual results vary; we do not promise a particular health outcome.
5. Prices and Payment
The price disclosed for your order applies to that purchase. Taxes and shipping or handling charges are shown separately where applicable. Price changes apply to future orders, subject to required notice and the terms of any existing subscription.
You authorize charges to the payment method you supply and confirm that you may use it. Keep billing information accurate and current. Payment providers may receive updated card numbers or expiry dates from your issuer to maintain your authorized payments. Ask your issuer about any available opt-out from its card-updating service.
If a payment is reversed, we may seek payment of an amount properly owed by another method. This does not authorize duplicate recovery, override a resolved payment dispute or remove your rights to dispute an incorrect charge.
6. Automatic Renewals and Cancellation
When you choose a subscription, you authorize charges at the amount and interval disclosed for that plan, including applicable taxes and shipping. Renewals continue until cancelled.
To avoid the next renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before its billing date through your customer portal or by emailing contact@noxtee.com with your name and order number. Email requests are measured from receipt in our inbox. Cancellation stops later renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. It does not automatically refund an existing charge. Requests closer to billing may be too late to stop the upcoming charge; contact support to check its status.
The Cancellation Policy contains the complete cancellation process. Your selected plan interval controls; a 30-day interval and a calendar month are not interchangeable.
7. Shipping and Refunds
Processing and delivery estimates appear in our Shipping Policy. Dates are estimates, and delays may occur. Title and risk of loss transfer when goods are handed to the carrier, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Contact us about missing or problematic deliveries.
The Refund Policy governs the 90-day money-back guarantee on first orders only and other refund conditions. Repeat purchases, refill orders, subscription renewals and recurring charges are excluded from this guarantee. Physical returns are neither required nor accepted, and shipping and handling are excluded from guarantee refunds. Nothing in these terms removes non-excludable consumer rights.
8. Electronic Communications and Notices
We may send order, account and other service notices to the email address you provide or publish notices on the website. Keep your email address current. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option; opting out of marketing does not stop necessary order or account communications.
Unless applicable law requires another method, electronic notices are effective when sent or posted. Formal notices to Noxtee may be delivered personally or by tracked mail or courier to 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Email contact@noxtee.com for ordinary support requests.
9. Shopify and Other Providers
Shopify provides technology used by this store. Your purchase contract is with Noxtee, not Shopify. Payment, fulfillment and other services may involve additional providers. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply to their services. Third-party links are offered for convenience; we do not control their content or services.
10. Customer Submissions
When you submit a review or other feedback, you confirm that it is accurate, lawful and yours to share. You grant us permission to reproduce, display and use that submission to operate and promote our services. Do not submit material that infringes rights or contains confidential information belonging to another person.
11. Warranties and Liability
Except for express promises and protections that cannot lawfully be excluded, services and products are provided as available, without additional implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or freedom from errors.
To the extent permitted by law, Noxtee is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Noxtee in the preceding 12 months or $100. These limitations do not apply where prohibited, including applicable New Jersey limitations, and do not restrict liability or consumer remedies that cannot be excluded.
12. Indemnity and Events Outside Our Control
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims caused by your unlawful use of the services, infringement of others' rights or breach of these terms. We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including disasters, government restrictions, labor disruptions or carrier and telecommunications outages, subject to your non-excludable rights.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Wyoming law, without applying its conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable federal law or mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
14. Individual Arbitration and Opt-Out
This section affects how disputes are resolved, including access to a court or jury and participation in class proceedings.
Except where prohibited by law or where you opt out as described below, disputes concerning these terms, our products or services, advertising or privacy practices will be resolved individually by one arbitrator under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this agreement to arbitrate. Proceedings are confidential to the extent allowed by law and the applicable rules.
The arbitrator may award remedies available under applicable law in an individual case. Claims may not be consolidated or pursued on a class or representative basis without the parties' agreement, except where such a restriction is unenforceable. The AAA rules govern fees and procedure. Rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain available, including access to small-claims court where permitted by those rules. Noxtee may seek court relief for infringement or misuse of its intellectual property in a court of competent jurisdiction in Wyoming.
You may opt out within 30 days after purchasing by mailing a notice to Noxtee, Arbitration Opt-Out, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Include your name, the product or order concerned, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration. A timely opt-out does not otherwise change your purchase terms.
If a claim or remedy cannot lawfully be arbitrated, it may be heard in a competent court while other eligible claims remain subject to arbitration. This section does not retroactively impose arbitration on purchases governed by earlier terms.
15. General Provisions
You may not transfer your contractual rights or obligations without our consent. A failure to enforce a term does not waive later enforcement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. These terms, the applicable policies and your order confirmation form the agreement for your purchase. They do not confer rights on unrelated third parties.
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and providing any notice required by law. Changes apply from the stated effective date and do not retrospectively remove rights relating to earlier purchases. Material changes to an existing subscription will be handled with any notice or consent required by law.
