Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

Domestic (United States):
Orders within the United States are typically delivered within 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch.

International:
International orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and local customs processes. Delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed.

Note: Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery speed is handled by the carrier and may be affected by factors outside our control, including traffic conditions, weather, customs clearance, and address errors.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to follow your shipment at every step of the delivery process.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure about applicable fees.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error after purchase, contact us immediately at contact@noxtee.com. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.

If the order has already shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping costs will be at the customer's expense.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@noxtee.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
